What Do We Offer
Incineration
The Incineration plant at Khokhar Town Lahore is designed on Chinese technology which utilizes diesel and natural gas as its fuel and is capable to handle variety of materials for combustion/incineration. At a temperature of 850°C, we guarantee complete combustion of infectious/hazardous waste resulting in inert residues with typical volume reductions of 20%. The kiln is properly designed to assure that the solid wastes are exposed on all sides to the high temperature in the kiln. The flame and high temperature in the kiln cause the organic and some of the metal wastes to be converted from solids or liquids into hot gases. These hot gases pass into the second chamber at a temperature of 1250°C. Any inorganic materials (metals, such as zinc or lead) that have not been converted into gases drop out as ash at the end of the kiln, into a container, for landfill disposal through LWMC.
Recycling
Recycling is a key component of modern waste reduction and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle" waste hierarchy.Recyclates include many kinds of glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, textiles, batteries, and electronics. The composting and other reuse of biodegradable wastesuch as food and garden wasteare also a form of recycling. We see the waste as a valuable resource and we focus on the reuse, recycle or recovery of materials, rather than disposing of them via landfill. This provide a sustainable recycling solution that is not only cost effective, but is also environmentally friendly.
